Lettings

Room Hire

 

At the Lee Hub we have spaces for hire by the hour which are suitable for use by clubs, associations and businesses; whether for a private business meeting or training days we will be able to offer you a comfortable venue.

  • Refreshments and Kitchen access on request.

  • Flat Screen TV & Audio available.

  • Margaret Dingle Room 6.25m x 5.2m.

  • Community Activities Area 8.3m x 5.2m.

​

Current Letting rates are £15 per hour (£10 if not for profit).

Terms and Conditions

 

Hirers agree to the conditions set out in our current Letting Policy and in any Letting Agreement issued.

​

  • Lee Hub Independent Community Library cannot hire a room to someone under 18.

  • Lee Hub is a community facility and, as a charity, we must ensure that users of the hall do not allow anything to take place which might bring our reputation into disrepute or annoy or offend local people.

  • The Trustees reserve the right to reject a booking.

  • On receipt of your form you will be notified as soon as possible if your booking has been accepted.
